Techcombank HackCX-Together 2025 is a flagship hackathon organized by Techcombank — one of Vietnam’s leading banks — focused on Customer Experience (CX) innovation. The competition attracted 200 teams, challenging participants to reimagine banking interactions using AI.

Our team built an AI Banking Assistant designed to enhance customer experience through:

  • Intelligent query understanding for banking FAQs and product recommendations
  • Conversational interface for account management and transaction support
  • Personalized financial insights and proactive suggestions

Technical Approach

  • LLM-powered conversational backend with intent classification
  • RAG pipeline over banking knowledge base for accurate, grounded responses
